Customer Reviews
Chair pads were nice, but...
Are the chair pads from VHC Brands always this good? My new ones are great, just wish they offered curtain swatches.
Good rug, shipping a bit slow
I ordered a rectangular braided rug for my living room and it arrived mostly as expected. The quality of the rug itself is quite good for the price; it feels durable and the colors matched the online pictures well. My main criticism would be the shipping time. It took about 8 days to reach me, which felt a little long for an in-stock item. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about tracking, which was a plus. Overall, a solid purchase but they could improve on delivery speed.
Pillow shams not quite right
I bought some pillow shams to go with a quilt I already had. They were okay, but the color wasn't quite what I thought it would be from the pictures online. A bit lighter in person. I kept them anyway because they still work, but just something to note.
Star quilt and curtain set order
I purchased a Star Pattern Quilt and a set of matching Checkered Curtains from The Fox Decor. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. I received an email confirmation right away, and another one when it shipped about 2 days later. The package arrived well-packed within a week, even though I'm on the west coast. The quilt is a good weight and the stitching looks solid. The curtains are exactly as pictured, not too thin, and they hang nicely. I had a question about cleaning the quilt, so I used their online chat. The representative was helpful and knew the product well, advising on cold water wash. It was a smooth experience from start to finish.
Got a cute braided trivet
I just needed a small braided trivet for my kitchen table. Found one on The Fox Decor website that looked nice. It came in about a week. It's cute and does the job. No complaints, it's exactly what I wanted.

Anyone know if you can stack coupons? I have a new customer one but saw they might have a holiday sale coming up.
hey, was looking at some of the braided rugs, specifically the oval ones. do they usually hold up well, or do they fray easily?
how long does shipping usually take to, say, California? I want to get a quilt for my mom's birthday next month.
thinking about getting a bunch of stuff for my kitchen, placemats, runner, maybe some curtains. how's their return policy in case colors don't match my existing decor perfectly?
just signed up for the email list, do they send a discount code right away or does it take a bit to show up?
